Returns Policy


To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, with a receipt or proof of purchase. All items must be: unworn/unused, tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on sale items.

To begin the returns process, please contact us on with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will notify you within 24 hours and will send you a return shipping label, as well as and additional shipping information. Any items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, all shipping costs associated with a return is at the expense of the customer. If you receive a store credit, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the balance.

All approved returns will be given a store credit with a 6-month expiry.


We do not provide refunds for change of mind. Please select your items carefully.


If an item is faulty, please contact us on with your order number, a photo of the faulty item/s, and your best contact details. If an item is declared faulty, we will issue you a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.
