Returns Policy

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be in the same condition that you received it, with a receipt or proof of purchase. All items must be: unworn/unused, tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns on sale items.

To begin the returns process, please contact us on bychelseaaccessories@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will notify you within 24 hours and will send you a return shipping label, as well as and additional shipping information. Any items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note, all shipping costs associated with a return is at the expense of the customer. If you receive a store credit, the original shipping costs will be deducted from the balance.

All approved returns will be given a store credit with a 6-month expiry.

REFUNDS

We do not provide refunds for change of mind. Please select your items carefully.

FAULTY ITEMS

If an item is faulty, please contact us on bychelseaaccessories@gmail.com with your order number, a photo of the faulty item/s, and your best contact details. If an item is declared faulty, we will issue you a refund to the original payment method within 7 days.
